At House of NAR, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Every order is carefully checked and securely packed before dispatch. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or different from what you ordered, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received the wrong product or design.
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- The product received is significantly different from the product shown or ordered.
- There is a clear issue with the product that existed before use.
Return or exchange requests must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Unboxing Video Requirement
For damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, customers are strongly advised to record a continuous unboxing video when opening the parcel.
The video should clearly show:
- The unopened package.
- The package being opened.
- The product and its condition immediately after opening.
This helps us verify the condition of the product and process your claim fairly and efficiently.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns for products that have been:
- Worn or used.
- Damaged after delivery.
- Altered or modified.
- Scratched, broken, bent, or otherwise damaged due to customer handling.
- Returned without their original packaging, where applicable.
- Damaged due to improper storage, cleaning, or handling.
Change of mind, personal preference, or simply not liking the product after receiving it does not qualify for a refund or exchange.
4. Exchange Policy
If your order qualifies for an exchange, House of NAR may provide a replacement of the same product, subject to availability.
If the exact product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of equivalent value or another appropriate solution.
5. Refunds
Refunds are only issued where the order qualifies under this policy and a refund is approved by House of NAR.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or another mutually agreed method.
Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable, except where the issue occurred due to an error by House of NAR, such as dispatching the wrong product or an item that arrived damaged/defective.
6. Return Shipping
If the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong product or a product that arrived damaged/defective, House of NAR will guide you regarding the return process.
For returns that are not caused by an error or defect on our part, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
7. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Product name
- Reason for the request
- Clear photographs of the product
- Unboxing video, where available/applicable
Our team will review the request and provide the next steps.
Please do not send any product back before receiving confirmation from House of NAR.
8. Important Product Care Note
House of NAR jewelry is designed to be enjoyed with proper care. To maintain the appearance of your jewelry, avoid unnecessary exposure to perfume, cosmetics, chemicals, excessive moisture and rough handling.
Normal wear and tear, changes in appearance caused by use, accidental damage, or improper care are not considered manufacturing defects.
